Whole, peeled cherry tomatoes packed in their own juice — 60% cherry tomatoes to 40% tomato juice, both certified organic, and grown and canned in Italy. Being whole rather than crushed or diced means you decide how they break down: left mostly intact for a chunkier sauce, or crushed by hand once they're in the pot.

Cherry tomatoes are sweeter than standard canning tomatoes, so these work well anywhere a regular tin of tomatoes would go but where you want less acidity to balance out — pasta sauce, pizza base, stews, tarts, quiches or a quick salad addition. No added salt or sugar, and the can itself is BPA-free with a ring pull, so no tin opener needed.
