Orders and products
How do I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to the courier's website, so you can follow your delivery. If you haven't received it or need help, please contact our team.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged or is missing items?
If your order arrives damaged or with missing items, please contact us as soon as possible, ideally within 7 days of delivery. Provide your order number and a description of the issue, along with any relevant photos. Our team will investigate and work with you to resolve the problem promptly.
Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly, so please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or change your order.

- Already dispatched: the order will need to be returned to us once received, as set out in our Returns policy.
Are your products certified organic or natural?
We offer a wide selection of products that are either certified organic or made with natural ingredients. Many of our items are certified organic by reputable organisations, while others feature naturally sourced ingredients. How long do your products last after opening?
The shelf life of our products varies depending on the item. Generally, we recommend using products within 6 to 12 months after opening. For specific information, please refer to the product packaging or description on our website.

Many of our products are suitable for vegans and vegetarians. Each product page includes detailed information about ingredients and suitability. If you have specific dietary requirements, please check the product descriptions or contact our team.
Do you offer wholesale pricing or bulk discounts?
We do not offer traditional wholesale arrangements at this time. Most of our products are already offered at highly competitive prices. However, we are happy to support community groups, clubs and organisations wherever possible with special pricing on larger orders. If you represent a community group or have a bulk order request, please get in touch.
