Batch numbers: 42469. Expiry January 2027
Problem: The potassium iodide used in batch 42468 was sourced from a new manufacturer and had a larger, crystalline particle size than approved. This resulted in a nonhomogeneous blend, meaning iodine may not be evenly distributed in the capsules.
What should you do?
If you have purchased these batches of Preconception Multi for Women, do not use it. Return the product to the place of purchase or contact customer service.
