Order online and collect from our Woy Woy warehouse between 9:30am–3:00pm (Mon–Fri).
If your item is in stock, it’s usually ready for pickup within 30 minutes.

How it works

  1. Shop online and add items to your cart.
  2. At checkout, select Click & Collect (when available).
  3. Place your order and wait for your Ready for collection email/SMS.
  4. Collect during pickup hours with your order confirmation.

Pickup timing

  • In-stock items are often ready within 30 minutes during pickup hours.
  • Otherwise, most orders are ready same or next business day (depending on order volume).
  • Please wait for the “ready” notification before arriving.
  • If an item is unavailable, we’ll contact you with options (swap, refund, or store credit).

What to bring

  • Your order confirmation (email/SMS).
  • Photo ID may be requested for verification (high-value orders).

FAQs

Why don’t I see Click & Collect at checkout?

Click & Collect appears only when your cart is eligible. If it’s not showing, choose delivery and try removing large/bulky items, or check again later.

Can someone else pick up my order?

Yes. Forward them the order confirmation and ensure they can confirm the order name/number. We may request ID for high-value orders.

How will I know when my order is ready?

We’ll send a “Ready for collection” email or SMS once your order is packed. Please wait for that message before coming in.

How long do you hold Click & Collect orders?

We’ll hold your order for a limited time. If you need extra time, reply to your confirmation email or contact us so we can help.

What if an item is out of stock?

We’ll contact you promptly with options: a suitable alternative, a refund for that item, or store credit—your choice.
