Shipping & Delivery

We ship Australia-wide from our warehouse in Woy Woy, NSW. Every order is packed with care and dispatched quickly using reliable national carriers.

Delivery Options

  • Standard Shipping – economical, trackable delivery for everyday orders.
  • Express Shipping (Australia Post Express) – the fastest option for urgent or heat-sensitive items.
  • In-Store Pickup – collect free from our Woy Woy NSW location.

Free Shipping & Rate Structure

  • Rest of Australia (excluding WA & NT)
    • Free Standard Shipping for orders $129 AUD and over.
    • Orders under $129 AUD are charged automatically at checkout based on parcel weight and destination.
    • Typical delivery: 2–3 business days (East Coast metro).
  • Western Australia (WA) & Northern Territory (NT)
    • Free Standard Shipping for orders $129 AUD and over and 7 kg or less.
    • Orders under $129 AUD or over 7 kg are charged calculated shipping rates based on weight and postcode.
    • Typical delivery: 3–5 business days.

Bulky orders (over 20 kg) may require a custom freight quote. If no rate appears at checkout, please contact us before completing your order.

Dispatch Times

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 business day (Mon–Fri). During peak periods or public holidays, dispatch may take an extra day. Tracking details are emailed as soon as your parcel leaves our warehouse.

Carriers

We use Australia Post, Sendle, and Aramex (Fastway) to deliver nationwide. Our system selects the fastest and most cost-effective option for your location.

Transit Protection (Optional)

Transit protection is available on request and provides peace of mind if you’d like additional coverage for your order. To add this service, please contact BuyNatural before or immediately after placing your order. Coverage starts from $1.99 AUD and is offered under Australia Post and Aramex carrier insurance terms.

Authority to Leave (ATL)

All orders ship with Authority to Leave as default. Once the parcel is delivered and marked as left at your address, responsibility transfers to the recipient. Please choose a secure delivery location where possible.

Unclaimed Parcels

If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable or unclaimed, a $10 AUD return fee applies. To resend, we’ll invoice the return fee plus new shipping charges. If you prefer to cancel, we deduct these costs and a 20% restocking fee from your refund.

Heat-Sensitive Products

Items such as chocolate, cosmetics, and probiotics can soften or melt during transit. For best results in warm weather, select Express Post. Standard road services may expose goods to heat, and BuyNatural cannot accept responsibility for heat damage.

Tracking Your Order

Once dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link by email to follow your delivery in real time. You can also view tracking updates through your customer account at any time.
