Shipping & Delivery Policy
When placing an order at BuyNatural Australia, you can select your preferred delivery option: Shipped or In-Store Pickup (where available). Our delivery options, depending on your location, include expedited (Australia Post Express) or standard shipping. Shipping costs are automatically estimated in your shopping cart and are based on the weight of your order (rounded up to the next full kilogram to reflect our carriers’ policies).
For WA and NT shoppers, we use a calculated charge to determine the actual cost to ship your items. For other locations, standard delivery starts from $10.50 for parcels under 5kg; additional costs apply for orders over 5kg. Expedited (Express) delivery is offered on most orders (subject to Australia Post availability). Remote locations may be subject to a Remote Areas Surcharge. Free shipping is available for items when the total order exceeds $129 and weighs less than 5kg (excludes NT/WA).
We aim to dispatch all products within 24 hours of your order. However, due to high daily volumes, some items may be sent the following day.

Shipping Carriers
We use Australia Post, Sendle, and Aramex (Fastways) for deliveries.
Please note: Orders are not covered by insurance unless you select Transit Cover at checkout. Any loss or damage after the parcel has been scanned as dispatched from BuyNatural Marketplace is at the buyer’s risk.
If you are concerned about possible damage or loss during delivery, select the Transit Cover option at checkout. This insurance covers goods up to $100 in value (subject to Australia Post and Aramex policies). Claims for compensation must be made directly with the shipping provider. BuyNatural Marketplace does not underwrite this insurance and is not responsible for outcomes determined by shipping companies.
Damaged and Lost Items
If your item is damaged in transit, you must provide photos within 3 business days to BuyNatural Marketplace, who will lodge a claim on your behalf with the shipping provider. For lost parcels, you should speak directly with the shipping provider to make a claim. The outcome of such claims is at the sole discretion of the provider; BuyNatural Marketplace acts as a facilitator and is not liable for refunds or reimbursements for loss or damage. Customers must cover reshipping costs for any damaged or lost items not covered by purchased insurance.
Shipping Surcharges
- PO Box Surcharge – $2.50: Deliveries to PO boxes or Parcel Lockers incur an extra fee.
- Remote Area Surcharge – $20: Deliveries to certain remote areas incur a surcharge. View the list of applicable postcodes.
- Transit Cover – $1.99: Protect your order with Australia-wide shipping insurance.
Authority to Leave
All orders are shipped with Authority to Leave. BuyNatural Australia cannot be held responsible for parcels lost or stolen as a result. The delivery driver will make best efforts to choose a safe location, and your parcel is deemed received when left at your premises, as per tracking details. You agree to release BuyNatural Marketplace and its delivery providers from any and all claims or losses resulting from this delivery method.
Unclaimed Deliveries
If a parcel is not collected from Australia Post within the 2-4 working days allowed and is returned to us as unclaimed, a $10 fee per parcel applies. To resend, this fee plus new shipping costs apply. If you prefer a refund, the cost of the products will be refunded less all return postage costs, any discounts applied, and a 20% restocking fee. If we are unable to contact you within 7 days of receiving your parcel back, the same fees apply.
Heat-sensitive Items
We do not provide refrigerated courier services. While we take care to protect goods, we do not use dry ice or frozen packaging. Deliveries are made by standard road or express post, so packages may be exposed to heat in transit. We recommend choosing Express Post for chocolates, cosmetics, and other heat-sensitive items during warmer months.
Risk & Title
BuyNatural Australia retains title to goods until payment is received in full. Risk passes to the buyer upon delivery or collection by the shipping service. Orders are non-refundable once dispatched (as indicated by a tracking number). You own products after they have been dispatched by us.
