Shipping & Delivery

BuyNatural Australia ships Australia-wide from our warehouse in Woy Woy, NSW. Orders are packed carefully and dispatched using trusted national carriers.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on your location, carrier network conditions, public holidays, peak periods, weather events and other factors outside our control.

Delivery Options

  • Standard Shipping – economical, trackable delivery for everyday orders.
  • Express Shipping – faster delivery via express services where available, recommended for urgent or heat-sensitive items.
  • Local Pickup – collect your order free from our Woy Woy, NSW location during pickup hours.

Free Shipping & Shipping Rates

  • Rest of Australia, excluding WA & NT
    Free Standard Shipping is available for eligible orders of $129 AUD and over.
    Orders under $129 AUD are charged shipping automatically at checkout based on parcel weight, destination and available carrier services.
  • Western Australia & Northern Territory
    Free Standard Shipping is available for eligible orders of $129 AUD and over where the parcel is 7 kg or less.
    Orders under $129 AUD or parcels over 7 kg are charged calculated shipping rates based on weight, postcode and available carrier services.

Bulky, heavy or oversized orders may require a custom freight quote. If no suitable shipping rate appears at checkout, please contact us before completing your order.

Dispatch Times

We aim to dispatch orders within 1 business day, Monday to Friday, excluding NSW public holidays.

Orders placed before 1:00 pm AEST/AEDT on business days are prioritised for same-day dispatch where stock is available and order volume allows. Orders placed after this cut-off may be dispatched the next business day.

During peak periods, sales events, supplier delays, public holidays or unexpected warehouse volume, dispatch may take an extra business day.

Carriers

We use carriers including Australia Post, Sendle and Aramex. The available shipping options and final carrier may depend on parcel size, weight, destination and service availability.

Tracking details are emailed once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Estimates

  • East Coast metro areas: commonly 2–3 business days after dispatch.
  • WA, NT, regional and remote areas: commonly 3–7+ business days after dispatch.
  • Express services: usually faster, but not guaranteed to all locations.

Carrier delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Once a parcel has been dispatched, delivery timing is managed by the carrier.

Please wait until you receive confirmation that your order is ready before coming to collect. Pickup is generally available Monday to Friday, 9:30 am to 3:00 pm, excluding public holidays.

Shipping Charges & Handling Component

Paid shipping rates may include a small handling component to help cover carrier surcharges, packing materials and fulfilment costs. Shipping rates are shown at checkout before payment.

We review shipping rates regularly and may update them as carrier costs, fuel surcharges and freight conditions change.

Authority to Leave

Orders may be delivered with Authority to Leave where supported by the carrier. This means the carrier may leave the parcel in a safe place at the delivery address if no one is available to receive it.

Please provide a secure delivery address where parcels can be safely left. If your delivery location is not secure, we recommend using a business address, parcel locker, PO Box where accepted, or a delivery address where someone can receive the parcel.

Once tracking shows the parcel has been delivered to the address provided, any delivery dispute will need to be assessed with the carrier. This does not limit your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers

We can ship many orders to PO Boxes and parcel lockers where the selected carrier supports delivery to those addresses.

Some bulky, heavy or courier-delivered parcels may not be suitable for PO Boxes or parcel lockers. If a delivery address is unsuitable, we may contact you for an alternative address.

Split Parcels

Some orders may be split into more than one parcel due to weight, size, stock location or carrier requirements.

If your order is split, you may receive more than one tracking link and parcels may arrive at different times.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please check your shipping address carefully before placing your order.

If an order is delayed, returned or lost because an incorrect or incomplete address was supplied, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order. If the order is returned to us and you choose to cancel, any carrier return fees, original shipping costs and applicable change-of-mind return conditions may be deducted from the eligible refund amount.

Unclaimed or Returned Parcels

If a parcel is returned to us as unclaimed, refused, undeliverable or not collected from a pickup point, we will contact you once it is received back and assessed.

To resend the order, additional shipping charges and any carrier return fees may apply.

If you choose to cancel the order after it has been returned to us, original shipping charges, carrier return fees and any applicable restocking fee under our Returns & Refunds Policy may be deducted from the eligible refund amount.

No return or reshipping fee applies where the issue is due to a BuyNatural Australia error or where Australian Consumer Law requires a different remedy.

Heat-Sensitive Products

Some products, including chocolate, cosmetics, probiotics and other heat-sensitive items, may soften, melt or be affected by heat during warm weather or transit.

We do not ship chocolate or heat-sensitive items in refrigerated packaging. If you are ordering during hot weather, we recommend selecting Express Shipping where available or choosing local pickup from our Woy Woy store.

BuyNatural Australia is not responsible for heat exposure caused by weather, carrier transit conditions, delivery timing or storage conditions after dispatch. This does not limit your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Transit Protection

Transit protection may be available on request for selected orders. If you would like additional transit coverage, please contact us before or immediately after placing your order so we can confirm whether it is available for your parcel.

Any transit protection is subject to the applicable carrier or insurance provider terms, conditions and exclusions.

Delayed, Missing or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel is delayed, missing or arrives damaged, please contact us at info@buynatural.com.au with your order number and photos where relevant.

For damaged parcels, please keep the product, packaging and shipping label until the issue has been assessed, as the carrier may require photos or inspection.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking link by email. You can also view order updates through your customer account where available.
