Change of Mind

We accept returns on most products* as long as they are unused, unopened, and in their original condition, with seals and tags intact where applicable. If you change your mind, return your item within 30 days of purchase to the address below. Please include your order confirmation or a note with your order number.
Delivery costs are non-refundable.

Exceptions:
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept change of mind returns for:

Razors and blades
Face masks
Underwear, period underwear, or menstrual cups
Chocolate
Reusable sanitary pads and feminine hygiene products
Gift cards

All returns must:

Be received within 30 days of purchase
Be unused, with all seals and tags attached (where applicable)
Have original packaging intact, with no tears or blemishes

We recommend using tracked postage, as we cannot take responsibility for returns lost in transit. Returns are processed within 7 days of receipt.

Exchanges are available, but shipping costs for replacements are the customer’s responsibility.

Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

If your item is damaged, faulty, or not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
We do not offer refunds for natural wear and tear or damage after delivery. If the item is confirmed faulty or incorrect, we’ll cover return postage.

Sensitivities and Allergies

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for sensitivities or allergies. All ingredients are listed on our website—please check before purchasing. Contact us with any questions prior to ordering.

Chocolate Orders

Chocolate is not shipped with cold packaging. Hot weather can cause chocolate to melt, so please consider this before ordering. We cannot guarantee temperature conditions during delivery and do not provide refunds, replacements, or credits for melted chocolate.
Express shipping may reduce risk. If you’d like to collect from our Woy Woy shop (NSW Central Coast), contact us to arrange.

Restocking Fee

A restocking fee applies for change of mind returns and cancelled items:

10% of the item price (minimum $2 per item), deducted from your refund
No restocking fee if the return is due to a confirmed fault or defect

Duplicate Orders & Order Cancellations

If you place a duplicate order or need to cancel, contact us immediately.

If your order has not shipped, a 3% processing fee applies (for payment gateway charges).
If your order has shipped, return the items for a refund (restocking fee applies).
