Melrose FutureLab Menopause Ultra Complex 60 Capsules

Two herbal extracts, both formulated in Melrose's LipiSperse delivery form: Libifem fenugreek, 300mg of concentrated extract from the equivalent of 9.9g of dried seed, and black cohosh, 30mg of extract equivalent to 450mg of dried root and rhizome. Both are herbs with a long history of use around menopause specifically, which is what this complex is built for rather than a general women's multivitamin.

The dose is capped at 2 capsules a day, taken as directed on the label rather than adjusted freely, and it's worth knowing that black cohosh has, in very rare cases, been associated with liver issues — the kind of thing to watch for is yellowing skin or eyes, dark urine, nausea, unusual fatigue or appetite loss, and to stop and see a doctor if any of that turns up.

Take as directed on the product label. Do not exceed 2 capsules per day.

Storage

Store below 25°C, away from direct sunlight. Do not use if tamper-evident seals are broken or missing.

Warnings

Black Cohosh may, in very rare cases, be associated with liver issues. If you notice yellowing of the skin or whites of eyes, dark urine, nausea, vomiting, unusual fatigue, abdominal pain, or appetite loss, cease use and consult your doctor. If symptoms continue, seek medical advice. Do not exceed 2 capsules per day.
