Sodium carbonate and sodium metasilicate build the alkalinity that gets dishes clean, backed by sodium percarbonate for stains, protease to break down protein residue, and sodium gluconate and sodium polyacrylate to stop hard water leaving scale on glassware. Lemon myrtle and mandarin essential oils give it its scent, rather than a synthetic fragrance.

One tablespoon per load, either straight into the dishwasher or in the dispenser, and the 1kg recyclable cardboard box runs to around 50 washes. It's plant-based, biodegradable and septic safe, so it suits a regular family dishwashing routine without extra thought about what's going down the drain.

For the best results, scrape plates before loading, avoid overpacking the machine, and make sure the spray arms can move freely so the powder reaches everything evenly.

Directions

To open, gently pull the spout out without ripping the cardboard. Use 1 tablespoon of powder, either in the dispenser or straight inside your dishwasher. Contains approximately 50 washes.

Storage

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Keep the container closed when not in use.
