Directions

Heat therapy: Place the wrap in the microwave on medium power for 30-45 seconds. Test before applying to skin. Cold therapy: Seal in a plastic bag and freeze for at least 2 hours before use. Apply for up to 15 minutes at a time, with a cloth layer between wrap and skin if preferred.

Storage

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. If storing in the freezer, keep sealed in a protective bag to avoid frost build-up.

Warnings

Limit use to 15 minutes per session. Do not overheat or leave unattended while heating. Not suitable for children without supervision. Consult a healthcare professional if you have circulatory issues, nerve damage, or are pregnant.
