Ginger pieces infused in cane sugar syrup for up to 12 days, which is what gives Buderim's Naked Ginger its golden colour and the spicy, zesty bite underneath the sweetness. Three ingredients: ginger, sugar and tapioca starch, with no artificial flavours, colours or preservatives added.

The ginger itself is grown in Queensland and hand-harvested, and Buderim has been working with it for more than 80 years, so this is a long-running product rather than a new addition to the range. It's gluten-free and vegan-friendly, with a naturally high fibre content and low fat and sodium, and comes in a resealable pouch to keep it fresh once opened.
