Product Overview
One gel pack, two uses. Freeze it for three to four hours and it works cold; microwave it for 15 to 30 seconds and it works warm. The pack slots into a stretch fabric sleeve that slides over the limb and holds it against the joint, so nothing needs to be strapped on or held in place by hand.
The small size is made for the smaller joints - elbows, knees and ankles - where a loose wrap tends to slip as soon as you move. The sleeve conforms to the shape of the limb and applies light compression, and the fasteners let you set how snug it sits.
A session runs about 15 to 20 minutes. Cold is the usual choice straight after exercise, warmth for muscles that have gone tight and stiff. Take it off if it becomes uncomfortable, and never put extreme heat or cold against bare skin.
The materials are durable and latex free, and the whole thing is reusable and small enough to keep in a gym bag or a suitcase. Store the gel pack and sleeve somewhere cool and dry, out of direct sun, and do not puncture the pack.
Directions
For cold therapy: place the gel pack in the freezer for at least 3-4 hours (or as per the instructions). For heat therapy: microwave the gel pack for 15-30 seconds (or follow provided guidelines). Insert the gel pack into the sleeve. Slide the sleeve over the treatment area. Adjust compression straps for a snug but comfortable fit. Limit session to approximately 15-20 minutes (or as recommended). Remove if discomfort arises.
Storage
Store gel pack and sleeve in a cool, dry place. Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight or heat. Do not puncture gel pack.
Warnings
Do not apply extreme heat or cold directly to bare skin. Use caution if you have circulatory, neurological, or skin conditions. Not intended to replace medical treatment. Discontinue use if skin irritation or discomfort occurs. Always follow the heating and cooling instructions precisely.
