Product Overview
Flat rather than tubular, and that shape is the reason to choose it. A flat loop sits across the thighs or above the knees without digging in or rolling up into a cord halfway through a set, which is the usual complaint with round bands.
This is the light tension in the range. Low resistance suits warm-ups and activation work, gentle stretching after exercise, and rehabilitation where the point is control and range of motion rather than load. It is also the sensible starting band if you are new to resistance work and would rather build up than fight the band.
The material is premium latex, which gives a smooth, even pull through the whole stretch instead of a sudden snap at the end. Loop it around the legs, the arms or the hands depending on the muscle group, and work through controlled movements rather than yanking it - overstretching is what wears a band out.
It rolls up to almost nothing, so it lives easily in a gym bag, a desk drawer or a suitcase. Keep it out of the sun and away from sharp objects, and give it a quick look over before each use - any cracking, tearing or thinning and it should be retired. Not suitable for children.
Directions
Use the Flatband Loop during warm-ups, cool-downs, or full-body workouts. Loop around legs, arms, or hands to target specific muscle groups. Perform controlled movements and avoid overstretching to maintain resistance integrity.
Storage
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and sharp objects to prevent wear and maintain elasticity.
Warnings
Not suitable for children. Inspect before each use - discontinue if cracks, tears, or thinning appear.
