Milled from organic wheat and sifted rather than bleached, so it keeps some of the bran and germ that a conventional white flour strips out — closer to a whole-wheat flour than a typical plain flour, with a richer flavour to match. It's unbleached, minimally processed and carries no additives.

Use it anywhere an all-purpose plain flour is called for, in baking or general cooking. Wheat naturally carries betaine, a nutrient also found in spinach, and this flour keeps more of it than a heavily processed white flour would. It's organic, non-GMO, vegan, with no added sugar, no added salt and nothing artificial.
