Sunflower seed oil and castor seed oil carry the formula, with polyglyceryl-4 oleate and polyglyceryl-10 laurate helping it rinse away cleanly instead of leaving an oily film, and tocopherol (vitamin E) rounds out the blend. Witch hazel water adds a light, toning finish as it comes off.
