Ingredients

Organic Sunfiber (Partially Hydrolysed Guar Gum (PHGG)), Soluble Corn Fibre, Apple Pectin.

Directions

Consume one to three servings daily as required or as recommended by your healthcare practitioner. Follow the serving size on the pack. If sensitive, start with half a scoop daily and increase gradually each week. Consume at least 45 minutes away from medication. Add to a beverage, smoothie, yoghurt or sauce.
