Four herbal extracts make up the daily dose: goat's rue, fenugreek, nettle leaf and vervain, each standardised to a dry herb equivalent. Goat's rue and fenugreek are both traditionally used in Western herbal medicine to support breast milk production, while vervain is traditionally used to increase milk supply while nourishing the nervous system — relevant given how much stress plays into breastfeeding going smoothly.
