NaturoBest Preconception Multi for Men 60 Capsules

The men's counterpart to NaturoBest's preconception range, built around 1000mcg of natural vitamin B12, 200mg of vitamin C (as magnesium ascorbate), 100mg of CoQ10 and 6mg of standardised lycopene per daily dose — the four nutrients the formula is centred on for sperm and reproductive hormone support. A broader multivitamin sits around them: active B vitamins including activated B6 and folinic acid, natural mixed tocotrienols for vitamin E, zinc, selenium, chromium, iodine and two forms of magnesium totalling 63.88mg elemental.

Two capsules a day with food is the dose, and NaturoBest recommends starting at least three months before trying to conceive, alongside a partner also taking an appropriate preconception multivitamin during the same window.

Contains selenium, which is toxic in high doses, and vitamin A and zinc, both of which come with their own dosing cautions.

Directions
