Product Overview
Made the traditional way: organic apples are pressed for juice, fermented into cider, then fermented a second time to convert the alcohol into acetic acid. Unlike most commercial vinegar, it isn't heat-treated or filtered afterwards, so it keeps its natural cloudiness and sediment.
It's rich in potassium, enzymes, organic acids and trace minerals, and works as well in the kitchen as anywhere else — dressings, marinades, pickling and preserving, or simply a splash to season a dish. Plenty of households also keep a bottle for natural cleaning and personal care uses.
Certified organic, it's made in New Zealand and bottled in Melbourne, and being shelf stable it keeps well for a long time once opened.
