Organic garlic makes up 52% of this paste, blended with purified water, organic coconut vinegar and coconut oil and a touch of sea salt — a thick, grainy texture closer to fresh-ground garlic than a smooth commercial paste. It's a genuine time-saver: the deep flavour of fresh garlic without peeling and crushing a clove every time a recipe calls for it.

It works anywhere fresh garlic would — sautéed in oil, butter or ghee at the start of a curry, stir-fry, stew or sauce, brushed straight onto grilled meat or vegetables, stirred into marinades and dressings, or spread thinly under pizza toppings. A spoonful also lifts soups, broths and homemade herb butter.
