One small soft gel capsule a day, each carrying 1000 IU of colecalciferol - 25 micrograms of vitamin D3, the same form the skin makes from sunlight. It is the strength people generally reach for when sun exposure is limited through the cooler months.

The capsule is soft gel rather than a tablet, so it is small, easy to swallow and taken with a meal. There is nothing else in the formula: colecalciferol is the single active, and the product is free from gluten, dairy, artificial colours, flavours and sweeteners. It does contain soybean products and sulfites, which matters if you have an allergy to either.
