Dry flakes of magnesium chloride, sourced from the Zechstein Seabed roughly 1,500 metres underground — a deposit laid down around 250 million years ago and considered one of the purest magnesium sources available. Dissolved into a warm bath or footbath, they release highly soluble magnesium chloride along with other naturally occurring trace minerals.

They are used for soaking tired muscles and joints, and for general stress relief and relaxation, with a texture and effect on the skin that is gentle enough for children and other sensitive individuals. One cup contains approximately 15g of elemental magnesium.
