Spray 5 to 10 times onto clean skin — arms, legs, shoulders or abdomen — and massage gently until absorbed, daily or as required. A slight tingling on first use is a normal response to magnesium oil, particularly on sensitive skin; rinse off after 20 minutes if you'd rather not leave it on.
