Air pulse stimulation works without contact - the nozzle sits over the clitoris rather than pressing against it, and pressure waves do the work. The third generation adds Liquid Air Technology, which softens the pulse into something closer to surging water than the sharper tapping of earlier models.
Two independent motors run underneath, giving 11 pressure-wave intensities and 12 vibration modes that can be used separately or layered. Both are quiet. Two interchangeable heads come in the box: the classic Air Pulse nozzle, and a membrane-covered tip that produces a softer, oral-like sensation.
The body is moulded from silky, body-safe liquid silicone over ABS, 15.9 cm long and 4.4 cm wide, with a weighted head that makes it easy to hold at an angle without gripping hard. It is rated IPX7, so it is fully waterproof for the bath or shower, and it charges by magnetic USB - two to three hours for a charge that runs up to about three hours depending on how hard you drive it.
Bluetooth connects it to the free Satisfyer Connect app on iOS or Android: hold the power button for about two seconds until the LED flashes, then add the device in the app. From there you can build custom patterns, sync to music, or hand control to a partner remotely.
Use a little water-based lubricant around the nozzle, place the opening over the clitoris without pressing, and build the intensity gradually. Clean it before and after with mild soap or a toy cleaner and warm water, dry it with a lint-free cloth, and store it away from other silicone. Replacement tips are available - the Gen 3 ones, since Gen 2 tips will not seal properly on the newer nozzle. Backed by a 15-year warranty.
