The ratio is the whole product. Forty parts myo-inositol to one part D-chiro-inositol - the two naturally occurring inositol isomers, in the proportion found in the human body. Getting that balance right is why people buy a formulated blend rather than the two separately.
There is nothing else in the tub. No flavouring, no sweetener, no filler, no anti-caking agent. That makes it unflavoured with a mild, neutral taste, so it dissolves into water, juice, a smoothie or another supplement drink without altering it.
