Bamboo vinegar, tourmaline, wormwood, vitamin C and lavender extract make up this foot patch, lavender-scented, applied to the sole of the foot before bed and worn overnight. The patches change colour with use.

Directions for use

  • Wash and dry your feet before applying the patches
  • Apply the patches 1 hour before bed time
  • Peel off the backing on the adhesive
  • Apply the foot patch to the centre of the foot
  • The patches can also be used on other areas of the body
  • Keep the patches on for 6-8 hours while you sleep
  • Peel off the patch after use and discard; wash the area well and dry
  • Continue each night until the discolouration of the pads subsides, or for 5 days minimum
