The X Athletics Dialed Pre Workout Twin Pack

A dosed pre-workout formula, sold here as a twin pack — two tubs rather than one. Each serve carries 300mg caffeine anhydrous, 3000mg citrulline, 2000mg beta alanine, 500mg AgmaPure (agmatine sulphate), 400mg Alpha GPC, 150mg English walnut extract and 25mg synephrine.

It's built around three things: sustained energy through the session, increased blood flow for pumps, and mental focus while training.
