This is the 30-capsule pack of Solutions4Health's Oil of Wild Oregano vegecaps — the same formula as the liquid, appropriately diluted with a carrier oil, with each capsule containing 100mg of oregano oil, roughly equivalent to 15-18 drops. Taking it this way avoids the "hot", spicy sensation the oil causes when swallowed directly or on a mucous membrane, which is normal for this essential oil rather than a fault.

Oregano oil naturally contains carvacrol and thymol, oxygenated monoterpenes that occur in the plant and vary somewhat season to season with growing conditions.
