A Swedish formula built on apple extract, millet and horsetail, alongside biotin, zinc, copper, cysteine, methionine and calcium pantothenate — a nutritional approach to hair rather than anything topical. It's aimed at maintaining normal hair and skin health from within, taken as a daily tablet rather than a cream or serum.

Vegetarian-friendly and free from dairy and gluten. Take one tablet daily with a meal, and New Nordic recommends continuous use for a minimum of three months to see the effect, since nutritional support works gradually rather than immediately. Also contains: Microcrystalline cellulose, carmellose sodium, magnesium stearate, hypromellose, silicon dioxide, glycerol.

Directions
