Sourced from the flowers of Leptospermum trees, native to both Australia and New Zealand, this honey carries a certified minimum of 30mg/kg dietary methylglyoxal (MGO) — the compound manuka honey is graded on. Indigenous peoples of both countries have used manuka in traditional preparations for centuries; New Zealand manuka tends to get the attention, but Australian manuka is certified to the same MGO standard.

It has a rich flavour and smooth, velvety texture, one ingredient and nothing added or taken away. Packed into a dark, BPA-free 250g jar to protect the honey from light.
