Plant proteins make up 66% of this powder — brown rice, fava bean, pumpkin seed and hemp seed — with cocoa at 9% for the chocolate fudge flavour, backed by seven amino acids and a prebiotic fibre blend of apple and acacia. Medium chain triglycerides, Siberian ginseng, green coffee and green tea extracts sit alongside magnesium, zinc and iron, plant vitamin D and vitamin B12, sweetened with monk fruit rather than sugar.
A 36g serve (about 2 scoops) carries 22.8g of protein, 3.4g of dietary fibre, 4.2mg of iron and 75mg of magnesium, among other nutrients. It's mixed with water, milk or a smoothie base for shakes, smoothies or breakfast. The 440g tub keeps the scoop inside for measured serves.
Directions
Mix 36g (approx. 2 scoops) into 200-300 mL chilled water, or your favourite plant-based milk or smoothies once daily. Can also be used in cooking or baking. Keep the scoop with the tub, reseal after use, and avoid relying on any single product as the only source of nutrition.
Storage
Store sealed in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Keep the pack closed between uses.
