Product Overview
Wild-crafted Jilungin sits at the top of the ingredient list, and it is the reason this blend reads as Australian rather than as another chamomile-and-lavender evening tea. Around it are organic lemon myrtle, aniseed myrtle, native lemongrass and strawberry gum leaf - native botanicals rather than imported ones.
The berry side softens all of that. Organic hibiscus, freeze-dried strawberry, blue mallow flower and natural strawberry and raspberry flavours give it a gently sweet, fruity character, with spearmint, lemon balm and organic passion flower filling in behind. The result is mellow and easy to drink instead of earthy or bitter, which is often what puts people off native-botanical teas.
Naturally caffeine free, so it can be drunk right before bed. One bag in freshly boiled water, steeped five to seven minutes, then removed. It also works chilled if the weather is against a hot cup.
Eighteen bags to a pack - a few weeks of nightly use - in simple recyclable packaging. Formerly sold as Native Sleep, so it is the same blend under a new name.
Roogenic works with Australian native botanicals through mindful sourcing partnerships. Check with your health professional first if you are pregnant, breastfeeding or taking medication.
