100% certified organic cotton, nothing else — these Regular tampons cover the 6-9g absorbency range, for light to medium flow days at the start or end of a cycle, or days when Super feels like overkill. There's no rayon, no perfume and no dyes, and the cotton is processed Totally Chlorine Free (TCF).
Each tampon comes with a smooth, easy-glide cardboard applicator with a rounded tip and a twist-to-release action — plastic-free, unlike most mainstream applicators.
The cotton is GOTS certified organic (Soil Association certified), and the product is Vegan Approved. Packaging is cardboard and paper throughout: applicator, wrapper and box, cutting down on single-use plastic. 16 tampons per pack.
Directions
Wash hands before and after use. Twist the applicator halves to loosen, position at the vaginal opening, then push the inner tube to insert. Use the lowest absorbency that matches your flow. Change regularly (commonly every 4–6 hours) and alternate with pads if helpful.
Storage
Store in a cool, dry place. Keep individually wrapped tampons sealed until use.
Warnings
Tampons are associated with Toxic Shock Syndrome (TSS) (rare but serious) — read and keep the enclosed leaflet. Change tampons regularly and avoid leaving in longer than recommended. Not recommended to wear a tampon while sleeping if it may be left in too long. Do not flush tampons or applicators.
