Honest to Goodness Australian Dried Banana Fingers 200g

Grown in the sunny fields of Queensland, these bananas are left to ripen fully before drying, so the sweetness is already there before they hit the drying racks. Once peeled, they are simply air-dried — no oil, no added sugar, nothing else in the pack.

Because they are sulphur-free, the colour is a natural one rather than the bright, uniform yellow you get from sulphured fruit, and the fingers will darken further over time. That is a sign of the process, not a fault. The texture is sticky and chewy, closer to a fruit leather than a crisp chip.

They travel well in a lunchbox as they are, or chopped through banana bread, cakes and muffins in place of fresh or mashed banana.
