No sting. That is the first thing you notice, because there is no alcohol in it - the mint comes from peppermint and spearmint leaf oils rather than from a burn, so it can be used daily by people whose mouths are already dry or sensitive.
The formula is built on water and glycerin with xylitol, and it carries Lactobacillus paracasei GMNL-33, the probiotic strain Henry Blooms lists as Dental-Lac. Clove flower oil and rosemary leaf oil sit underneath the mint, and stevia extract does the sweetening. It is free from fluoride, alcohol, aluminium, added sugars, animal products, lactose, parabens, sulphates, titanium dioxide and peroxide.
A 15 mL rinse for thirty seconds, after brushing and flossing, then spit it out. At that rate the 375 mL bottle gives around twenty-five rinses. The flavour is mild enough that it does not linger over breakfast or interfere with the taste of food.

Directions
Rinse thoroughly with 15 mL of mouthwash for 30 seconds, then expel. Use after brushing and flossing, or as directed by your dentist. Do not swallow.
