Yava Granola Bites Chocolate Vanilla 125g

Cacao from Sulawesi runs through this one, paired with vanilla and creamy cashews in a crisp granola cluster. Like the rest of the YAVA range, the whole grains, nuts and fruit come from across the islands of eastern Indonesia — wild-harvested cashews, Sulawesi cacao and lontar nectar standing in for a plainer sweetener.

Rolled oats and red rice form the crisp base, sweetened with cane sugar and lontar nectar and bound with coconut oil. Cashew nuts (9.6%) add crunch, and the chocolate note comes from a small amount of cacao powder (3.2%) and cacao mass (0.4%) alongside a touch of natural vanilla flavouring — rather than a heavy chocolate coating.

Eat it straight from the bag, or mix it through a homemade trail mix with dried fruit and nuts.
