Being unflavoured is deliberate. It stirs into water or another drink without changing the taste, which means it can be stacked with a flavoured product you already take rather than fighting with it.
A scoop is about 2 g, into 200-250 mL of water or your preferred beverage, once a day. The evening is the usual choice. At that rate the 60 g tub gives thirty serves - a month.
