Product Overview
A single-strain probiotic, Lactobacillus fermentum CECT5716, originally isolated from human breast milk, delivering 1.5 billion CFU per sachet. It's shelf-stable — no fridge needed, just store below 25°C — which sets it apart from probiotics that need refrigeration to stay viable.
Each sachet mixes easily into water, juice, yoghurt or cereal, and it's built for teens, adults and seniors as a daily addition rather than a short course. If you're on prescribed antibiotics, the dosing steps up to 2 sachets a day, taken 2 to 3 hours away from the antibiotic itself, for the course plus five days after, before dropping back to one sachet daily.
Made in Australia. Free from dairy, yeast, eggs, gluten, nuts, soy, salt, artificial colours, preservatives and sweeteners — vegan and vegetarian friendly. 28 sachets, one per day, cover a month.
Directions
Take 1 sachet daily with a beverage or food (juice, yoghurt, cereal, etc). If taking prescribed oral or IV antibiotics: take 2 sachets daily (2-3 hours away from the antibiotic dose) for the duration of the course plus five days afterwards, then revert back to 1 sachet daily.
Storage
Store below 25°C in a dry place. Do not freeze. Keep sachets in their sealed packaging until use.
Warnings
If symptoms persist, consult your healthcare practitioner. If pregnant, breastfeeding, or taking medications (especially immunosuppressants or during major illness) seek professional advice before use, as with all probiotics.
