This is an alcohol-based herbal liquid rather than a syrup or a tablet - seven liquid extracts held in 34% ethanol, which is both the preservative and the medium that pulls the full range of compounds out of the plant material.
Per millilitre it carries passionflower, skullcap and ashwagandha at 250 mg each, ziziphus at 250 mg, and lavender, lemon balm and hops at 125 mg each, every one of them equivalent to the same weight of dry herb, root, seed, flower or cone. That is a fuller line-up than most sleep formulas, which usually stop at three or four herbs.
The dose is 10 mL twice daily, shaken first. It can be taken neat - the taste is herbal and bitter-edged rather than sweet, since there are no added sugars or flavours - or diluted in a little water or juice and drunk straight away. At that rate the 200 mL bottle is ten days.

Directions
