Power Super Foods Raw Certified Organic Cacao Nibs 250g

The 250g size of Power Super Foods' organic cacao nibs — certified organic, fairly traded criollo Theobroma cacao beans, crushed and nothing else. Minimal processing keeps the antioxidants, fibre and magnesium the raw bean carries naturally, rather than roasting or refining them away.

The texture is a genuine crunch, closer to a chocolate-flavoured nut than a chip. Sprinkle over smoothie bowls, yoghurt or baked goods, work into raw recipes, or scatter over a hot drink for chocolatey crunch — they can even be ground in with coffee beans to add depth to espresso.

No added sugar, preservatives or artificial ingredients. Vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free.

Usage directions

Cacao nibs are delicious eaten solely as a snack, or added to muesli and cereals, yoghurt, ice cream and other desserts; combined in baking and raw recipes, and sprinkled on top of your favourite hot drinks for a chocolatey crunch. They can even be ground with coffee beans to enhance the flavour of espresso.
