Power Super Foods Raw Certified Organic Cacao Nibs 125g

Certified organic, fairly traded cacao nibs, made from criollo Theobroma cacao beans and nothing else — crushed rather than processed into powder, so the texture is a genuine crunch rather than a fine grind. They naturally carry antioxidants, fibre, calcium, magnesium and iron.

Eaten alone as a snack, sprinkled over muesli, cereal, yoghurt, ice cream and other desserts, or worked into baking and raw recipes. They also hold up well in hot drinks for a chocolatey crunch on top, and can even be ground in with coffee beans to add depth to espresso.
