A fish and chickpea (besan flour) chew built around tryptophan, aimed at dogs showing stress-related behaviour or anxiety, rather than a general treat. Tryptophan is included at 180mg per chew, alongside B group vitamins and a wider blend of multivitamins and nutrients.

Tryptophan has been shown to help dogs displaying stress-related behaviours such as vocalisation, marking and changes in appetite, anxiety-induced aggression, and general anxiety linked to changes in serotonin levels — separation anxiety and travel anxiety among them. Alongside the tryptophan, the chew carries a broad vitamin and mineral spread: vitamins A, E, K3, the B group including B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, B9, B7 and B12, plus copper, iron, manganese, iodine, zinc, selenium and omega 3. Fish meal, rye flour, soy flour and flaxseed powder round out the base, with guar gum, pectin and glycerine binding it and a smokey beef flavour to make it palatable.

It suits medium and large dogs.

Directions for use

Daily dose by dog weight: 1–4.9kg, ½ chew. 5–14.9kg, 1 chew. 15–29.9kg, 2 chews. 30kg+, 3 chews.
