The formula is short: purified water, vegetable glycerine from coconut oil, alfalfa juice from concentrate, chlorophyll copper complex and spearmint oil. Chlorophyll is the green pigment plants use, and here it is drawn from alfalfa leaves. The spearmint gives it a crisp, cool taste rather than the grassy note you might expect.
Shake the bottle, then take one to three teaspoons - 5 to 15 mL - straight or diluted in water, juice or a smoothie. A lot of people add a measure to a water bottle and sip it through the day, which is the easiest way to get through a serve without thinking about it.
Two sizes, 473 mL and 946 mL. Once opened it needs refrigerating and using within 90 days, so the larger bottle only makes sense if you drink it daily.
