Nature First Fibre Cleanse 400g

Five ingredients built around fibre: psyllium husk, carob powder, linseed meal, oatmeal and slippery elm bark powder. Carob gives it a naturally sweet, almost chocolatey taste rather than a plain fibre-supplement flavour, and it's caffeine-free with vitamins A and B and several minerals of its own.

Psyllium husk is the neutral-tasting mucilage coating around the psyllium seed — pure dietary fibre. Slippery elm bark carries its own mucilage, a slippery, soothing substance. Oatmeal adds beta-glucans and gentle fibre, and linseed contributes fibre and omegas along with a pleasant nuttiness to the blend.
