Natural Life Propolis & Manuka Honey Spray 30ml

Manuka honey (250mg) and propolis resin (50mg, from 250mg of propolis) per 1.25ml spray, with peppermint oil added for taste. Propolis itself is a genuinely complex substance — roughly 55% resinous compounds and balsams, 30% beeswax, 10% aromatic oils and 5% bee pollen, with over 180 identified compounds including flavonoids such as apigenin, galangin, kaempferol, luteolin, pinocembrin, pinostrobin and quercitin.

Propolis and Manuka honey together are a traditional combination for temporary relief from sore throats and mouth ulcers, with propolis's antiseptic and antibacterial qualities doing much of the work.

Directions

Adults and children over 2 years — for sore throats and mouth ulcers. Spray into mouth up to three times daily.
