Product Overview

Phycocyanin from blue spirulina extract is what gives this powder its bold, natural blue colour, without the seaweed flavour blue-green spirulina usually carries. A pinch tints a drink or bowl a light blue; the full teaspoon pushes it toward a brilliant one.

It's a concentrated 55% extract cut with rice fibre, gluten free and vegan, and works in smoothies, yoghurt, nice-cream, icing, chia puddings or smoothie bowls wherever a striking colour is the point.

Ingredients

Blue Spirulina Extract (Arthrospira platensis) (55%*), Rice Fibre. *Average Quantity.

Directions

Add 1g (approx. 1 level tsp.) to water, juices, smoothies, yoghurts, nice-creams, cereals, or other foods. For light blue shades, use a pinch; for a more brilliant blue, use up to the full teaspoon.

Storage

Store resealed, away from direct sunlight, in a cool, dry place below 25°C.

Warnings

Packed in a facility that processes products containing soy, dairy, fish and tree nuts. If you have food allergies or sensitivities, check the label before use.
