100% cold-pressed flaxseed oil, nothing added, cold-pressed from the seed rather than heat-extracted. It's a cold-use oil only — never heat it or use it for frying — so it goes into dressings, or stirred through yoghurt, smoothies or porridge.

A daily amount is one tablespoon, 5–10mL. Refrigerate after opening and use within 8 weeks for the best quality.
