Product Overview
Lemon and ginger carry the flavour of this one, with a touch of stevia and raspberry taking the edge off — an earthy, drinkable profile rather than a bitter greens-powder taste. It thickens once mixed, thanks to the psyllium husk and green banana fibre in the blend, so it's meant to be shaken well and drunk promptly rather than left sitting.
Twenty-one ingredients altogether, built by an Australian naturopath around three groups: fibre and probiotics (psyllium, green banana fibre, and 2.5 billion CFU per serve of Lactobacillus acidophilus, Lactobacillus reuteri and Bacillus coagulans with FOS), a wholefood base (barley grass, wheatgrass, broccoli powder, lemon, ginger, raspberry, pomegranate, cinnamon), and a group of herbs more commonly reached for around hormonal balance — chaste tree (vitex), black cohosh, Siberian ginseng, gotu kola, dandelion root, milk thistle and licorice root among them. Bladderwrack is included as a natural iodine source.
One scoop, about 10g, once or twice daily. Vegan, gluten free, dairy and soy free, with no added sugar. The 300g tub runs to roughly 30 serves.
Directions
Mix 1 level scoop (~10g) into cold water, juice or a smoothie, 1-2 times daily. Add powder before liquid for best mixing, shake or blend well, and drink promptly (it thickens). Not suitable for hot drinks. This product is not a meal replacement.
Storage
Store at or below 25°C, out of direct sunlight. If you live in a humid climate, store in the fridge after opening. Use within 3 months of opening.
Warnings
Not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding. If using hormonal contraceptives (e.g., pill, implant, ring or injection), seek professional advice before use; some retailers advise using a barrier method.
