Almond flour at 18% is the base, backed by resistant starch (from both tapioca and rice), egg white, butter and coconut cream for structure, with coconut oil, sesame seeds, flax seeds and 0.85% sea salt through the mix. Black pepper, onion powder, rosemary and garlic powder round out the seasoning, so there's more going on than a plain salted cracker.
