Honest to Goodness Organic Zoo Pasta with Tomato & Spinach 500g

Pasta shaped as turtles, elephants, lions, giraffes and hippos — an easy way to get a plate of vegetables-adjacent pasta into a kid who might otherwise pick around the greens. It is coloured with dehydrated tomato and spinach worked into the dough, not with anything artificial.

The dough is bronze-extruded and slow-dried over more than 30 hours, following a traditional Italian process rather than the fast commercial method most pasta goes through. That leaves the surface slightly rough, which is what lets a sauce cling to it rather than sliding off.

It is made from organic durum wheat semolina with small amounts of dehydrated tomato and spinach, and has no added starch, vegetable gum or preservatives. It is suitable for vegan diets and cooks the way any dried pasta does.

Organic durum wheat semolina, water (12.5%), organic dehydrated tomato (0.8%), organic dehydrated spinach (0.4%).
