GF Oats Starter Pack

A trial pack for the GF Oats range: one each of the Quick Steamed Rolled Oats, the Traditional Steamed Rolled Oats and the Certified Organic Steamed Rolled Oats, so you can try all three formats before settling on a favourite.

GK Gluten-Free Foods brought these oats to Australia from the USA, sourced from a family of coeliacs and grown under minimal-impact techniques with crop exclusion zones to keep them clear of contamination from wheat, rye, spelt and barley. They're part of the Global Purity Protocol Group and tested to nil gluten, milled on a shelf-stable production line that's free of the top 8 allergens. The heritage seed variety gives the oats a roasted, creamy flavour that's distinct from an ordinary rolled oat.

One important note on labelling: under current Australian food labelling laws, a product containing oats can't be called "gluten-free" here even when it tests to nil gluten — so these are described as gluten friendly rather than gluten-free, despite the testing standard behind them.
